AI News
New models and tools ship weekly. These are the ones that actually move what AI assistants cite, and what to do about each.
Most AI coverage tells you a model launched. It rarely tells you whether your site is now more or less likely to be cited because of it. Posts in this category close that gap. We track model releases, assistant and tool updates, crawler policy changes, and retrieval behaviour shifts across ChatGPT, Perplexity, Claude, Gemini and Google AI Overviews, then state plainly what each one changes for a business that wants to be found. Every claim links to a primary source: a vendor release note, model card, changelog, documentation page or paper. Nothing here is sourced from a secondary roundup. Each post carries the date we verified the claim, because this category ages faster than any other on the site, and a reader deserves to know how fresh the ground under a recommendation is. When something turns out to be wrong, we correct the post and say so in it.
