  • Can I hire just one service or do I have to take all three?

    Each service is sold standalone: you can hire just SEO, just web, or just automation. The bundle pricing is more efficient when at least two of the three areas need work, because the disciplines reinforce each other. Discovery call decides which combination actually fits your situation; we will say "just one is enough" if that is true.

  • How do I know which service I need first?

    Start with the 30-minute discovery call. We map your current state (site speed, search visibility, AI citations, manual processes) and tell you which service moves the needle fastest. Most engagements start with an audit (free for SEO and Workflow Automation; paid as part of scoping for Web). You don't need to decide before talking to us.

  • Do you work in English, Spanish, or both?

    Both, natively. The team is bilingual EN/ES, and every service is delivered in both languages: hreflang setup, locale-specific schema, Spanish-market keyword research, and bilingual content briefs. Bilingual coverage often unlocks LATAM and US-Hispanic traffic at meaningfully lower competition than English-only programs.

  • You are a new agency, so do you have published case studies?

    Not yet, by design. W2B was founded in 2026 and we are explicit about not fabricating social proof. Instead, our public proof is this: the site you are reading is built with the exact stack we sell (Astro, full schema, llms.txt, EN/ES hreflang); our blog documents every technique we apply, with sources; and proposals are written so you can compare scope and methodology against any other agency before signing.

  • How is each service priced, project or retainer?

    Web Development is fixed-scope project pricing. Search Dominance is a foundational engagement followed by an ongoing retainer for content and technical maintenance. Workflow Automation is per-workflow project pricing, with optional retainer for new workflows and tuning. Bundles can mix all three. Exact scope, timeline, and ranges are discussed in the discovery call and committed in the written proposal.

  • What is the first step to start working with you?

    Book a 30-minute discovery call on the calendar (free, no commitment), or send a brief through the contact form. Within 24 hours you get a reply from a co-founder. If there is a fit, we run an audit (or scoping for web), then send a written proposal with scope, timeline, deliverables, and price. You commit only after reviewing the proposal.
