Vetrelle is built for Colombian shops that sell on Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp: every order arrives complete, in one WhatsApp message with size, total and address. The app and its stores are in Spanish and priced in Colombian pesos.
What is Vetrelle?
Vetrelle is an online store platform for small businesses in Colombia that sell through Instagram, TikTok and WhatsApp, and the seller runs it from a phone. Each product carries its photos, price, sizes, colors and the real stock of every variant, so a buyer can only order what exists. At checkout the order leaves as one WhatsApp message with size, color, quantities, total and delivery address, and it is saved in a dashboard where the seller tracks its status. Vetrelle does not process payments and takes no commission on sales. Sellers collect the way Colombian customers already pay, through Nequi, Bre-B, bank transfer or cash on delivery, and pay a monthly subscription in pesos. The app and every store run in Spanish. W2B, the agency behind w2bagency.com, built Vetrelle and runs it with the same team and process we use on client sites.
From catalog to order in three steps
The video shows three steps in the Vetrelle app, with Spanish on-screen text. First, a catalog exported from Canva as a PDF: the seller picks which pages to read, the AI extracts name, price, sizes and photo for each product, and the seller reviews everything before importing. Next, the Summer demo store with its own branding, on desktop and on a phone. Last, a buyer fills in the order form and the message arrives in WhatsApp with size, total and address.

- A marketing site in Astro, separate from the app: 54 KB of JavaScript on the vetrelle.com home, measured on September 29, 2026.
- Prices read from the product on every render, never typed by hand, so the site never shows a stale price.
- Legal pages published from the same source the app records when someone accepts them.
- Structured data (schema) and an llms.txt, the file that summarizes a site for AI assistants, so Google and ChatGPT understand it.
- Every change passes review and automated checks before it ships.
- The public site deploys separately from the app, so a copy edit never touches the database.
Who it is not for

Yes. We built Vetrelle and we run it, with the same team that builds our client sites. The footer of vetrelle.com says it is a W2B Agency product, and this page states the same relationship from our side.

Can I use Vetrelle outside Colombia?
Not today. The app and the stores are in Spanish, plans are billed in Colombian pesos, and shipping and payments follow how Colombian shops sell. If you sell elsewhere and want the same flow, we can build it for your market.

Does Vetrelle process payments?
No. Vetrelle takes no commission on sales and never touches the money. The order arrives in WhatsApp and the seller collects through Nequi, Bre-B, bank transfer or cash on delivery. Card payments inside the store need a store with a payment gateway, which we build custom.

Where can I see Vetrelle pricing?
On vetrelle.com/precios, in Spanish and always current because prices are read from the product. Plans are billed monthly in Colombian pesos, there is a trial before you pay, and that page shows which features depend on the plan.
