Serendipia Shop — a personal-safety brand for women — sold only through social media and WhatsApp. Its full catalog lived in an ever-growing Canva doc that got harder to update with every new product.
We built the brand its own online store, so Valentina can show and sell the full catalog on her own, around the clock. The store also gave Serendipia a consistent visual identity instead of one that depended on scattered posts.
The brand now looks more professional to its followers and buyers — and the store keeps selling even when she’s offline.
