Club Fase II has run one of Medellín’s best-known nightclubs for over 20 years, and all of it lived on a single WordPress page. A rebuild attempted five years earlier was never finished. The site also had no connection to Google Search Console, so nobody could see how it was showing up in search.

Serendipia Shop, a personal-safety brand for women, sold only through social media and WhatsApp. Its full catalog lived in an ever-growing Canva doc that got harder to update with every new product.
