1. Who we are

W2B Agency ("W2B", "we", "us") is the brand under which a team of independent professionals (natural persons) based in Colombia provides SEO/GEO/AEO, web development, and workflow automation services to clients worldwide. W2B Agency is not an incorporated company; services are contracted with the individual providers operating under this brand. Our website is https://w2bagency.com.

2. Information we collect

When you submit our contact form, we collect:

  • Your full name and email address (required)
  • Company name, requested service, budget range, and project message (optional)
  • The locale you submitted from (English or Spanish)

We also collect basic technical information from all visitors (IP address, user agent, and referring page) through standard server logs and Vercel's edge infrastructure.

3. How we use it

We use submitted information solely to respond to your inquiry, scope work, and provide services if we engage. We do not sell or share contact information with third parties for marketing.

4. Service providers

We rely on the following third-party processors to deliver this site:

  • Vercel: hosting and edge delivery
  • Resend: transactional email delivery for contact-form submissions, and storage of your name and email as a contact record. We hold that record so we can reply to you. We do not send you marketing email: the form has no marketing opt-in, so the record is stored as unsubscribed.
  • Calendly: meeting scheduling when you book a call
  • Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics (Google Ireland Ltd.): site analytics and tag orchestration
  • Meta Pixel (Meta Platforms Ireland Ltd.): measurement of marketing campaigns and re-engagement audiences on Facebook and Instagram
  • Microsoft Clarity (Microsoft Corporation): anonymized session recordings and heatmaps to understand how visitors use the site

Each provider processes data under its own privacy terms. The analytics, advertising and session-replay providers above (Google Tag Manager / Analytics, Meta Pixel and Microsoft Clarity) are loaded only after you accept the cookie banner. See the Cookies section below.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

This site uses two categories of cookies and similar storage:

  • Strictly necessary: small amounts of localStorage we set ourselves to remember your cookie-banner choice and language preference. These are required for the site to function and are not used for tracking.
  • Analytics, advertising and session replay (optional): Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics, the Meta (Facebook) Pixel, and Microsoft Clarity. These are loaded only after you click Accept on the cookie banner. They set their own first- and third-party cookies to measure traffic, attribute marketing, and replay anonymized sessions.

If you click Reject, none of the optional providers are loaded and no tracking cookies are set. You can change your mind at any time by clearing the w2b-consent entry in your browser's site storage and reloading the page; the banner will reappear.

6. Retention

Form submissions are retained for as long as needed to respond, deliver services, and meet legal or accounting obligations. You may request deletion at any time by emailing contact@w2bagency.com.

7. Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, or port personal data we hold about you, and to withdraw consent. To exercise any right, email contact@w2bagency.com. Under Colombia's Ley 1581 we answer queries within ten (10) business days and complaints within fifteen (15) business days; we honor other jurisdictions' timelines where they apply.

8. International transfers

Because we serve clients in multiple jurisdictions and rely on US-based providers (Vercel, Resend, Calendly, Google, Meta, Microsoft), data may be processed outside the European Union or your country of residence. We rely on each provider's standard contractual clauses where required.

We may update this policy as the business evolves. The effective date above will reflect the most recent revision.
